GET INVOLVED

Members of the Junction Ridge Neighborhood Association support the neighborhood efforts through annual household membership dues, which help fund our events, newsletters, and other neighborhood initiatives.

Membership Information:
  • Membership Year: January 1-December 31

  • Dues: $15/Year or $25/Two Years

  • Members receive...

    • Invites to neighborhood events (Fourth of July Parade, Pinatas in the Park, & End of Summer Picnic)

    • Voting privileges at our annual neighborhood meeting, where Board members are elected & updates about neighborhood activities are shared

    • Monthly newsletter containing important information about events, neighborhood initiatives, & other news to help you stay connected to your community

Your membership also helps amplify our voice when we speak with city officials about issues affecting Junction Ridge. To become a member, simply complete the membership form and pay your annual dues.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Whatever your interests are, we are probably working on something you’ll enjoy. No matter how much time you can contribute (from a few hours a year to a few hours a week), you can find the perfect role at JRNA.

  • The Good Neighbor Project: Work to keep residents informed about how to prevent crime and increase community safety.

  • Friends of the Park and Prairie: Help us maintain our shared spaces, like the prairie, gardens, and oasis area

  • Events and Programs: Host and/or support social, recreational, and learning experiences, like our annual picnic, July 4th Parade, Pinatas in the Park, etc.

  • Environmental Initiatives: Provide educational opportunities and neighborhood initiatives to improve the neighborhood and the larger environment.

  • Communications: Build a consistent media presence through our newsletter, website, Facebook, and other promotional materials.

  • Membership: Increase our members’ sense of community and involvement in the neighborhood.

  • Fund Raising: Secure financial support to cover basic operations and special projects, such as our yearly events, creating community spaces, printing fliers, etc.
