Successful Earth Day Event

The neighborhood Earth Day Celebration was Saturday, April 26. The turnout was so good that for the first time ever, all of the product samples were gone by the end of the event!
During the event, people were able to learn about various conservation efforts taking place in the neighborhood and also work in the park and prairie. We also collected a lot of item through the recycling drive!
A huge thanks goes out to Mukta Nandwani for her dedication to organizing this event, to Lynn Wiskowski for managing the plant and prairie work, and to Betty Keeney for helping with the recycling. And of course, we couldn't do it without everyone else who turned up to support and help!
